We produce grapes on 27 hectares of vineyard. Most of our vineyards can be found at the borderland of Egerszólát, where the largest contiguous area of 16 hectares Szarvas-vineyard, which has unique location and excellent soil composition. We planted here Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Alibernet, Kadarka, Pinot Noir and Olaszrizling. Cserszegi Fűszeres which is a Hungarian type of grape has very pleasant scents that grows on Paptető on 1.8 hectares. On the Tóbérc-vineyard of Szólát, the old Merlot and Kékfrankos grow. As a kind of experiment the Viogniere and a big dream, Furmint was planted as well. At the vineyard located above the lake, we are expecting botrytis (which fungus makes noble rot on vine) due to the special microclimate. Leányka which is also a Hungarian origined grape grows on 2.4 hectars at one of the most beautiful wineyards on Almagyar in Eger.
White grapes are harvested with a load of 6-8 tons/hectares and blue grapes with a load of 4-5 tons/hectares.
Our purpose to harvest the grapes in the stage of full ripeness. In good years we aspire overripening, shrivelling of berries and botrytised grapes at some varieties, such as Hárslevelű or Turán.
